Orders & Cancellations

Each item is made to order, which means we begin processing your purchase within 24 hours after it’s placed. If you need to make a change or cancel, contact us as soon as possible. While we’ll do our best to help, changes may not be possible once production begins. Email us at support@themodernfencer.shop

Because each item is made just for you, we don’t offer exchanges for incorrect size or color choices. Please double-check our size guides before purchasing. If your item is defective or incorrect, please reach out and we’ll make it right.

Absolutely. Once your order is shipped, we’ll provide you with a tracking number so you can monitor its progress.

Returns

All items are printed to order, which means we don’t accept returns. However, if your product arrives damaged or defective, we’ll offer a 100% refund or replacement — no questions asked. If you’re simply unhappy with your order or had a change of heart, we offer a 50% refund or store credit to help make it right.

Shipping

Production times vary but typically range from 2–7 business days. Shipping times depend on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout. Standard shipping usually takes 5–10 business days. 

We work with several top-tier production partners across the globe to offer the best quality and fastest service. Because of this, different items in your order may be printed at different locations and arrive in separate shipments.

Yes! We ship worldwide. International shipping rates and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.

Absolutely. Once your order is shipped, we’ll provide you with a tracking number so you can monitor its progress.

Yes, our training diaries may take a little extra time. Because they involve detailed printing and professional bookbinding, production can take longer than our apparel or accessories. We appreciate your patience — it’ll be worth the wait.

Payments

We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. You can also check out securely using PayPal, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.

Yes, completely. Our store uses secure SSL encryption and trusted payment gateways to protect your information at every step. We never store your card details.

We are an Australian-based business and all prices are listed in AUD or USD by default. (Select display currency using the button in the top right hand corner of the website.)  If you’re shopping internationally, your bank may automatically convert the amount into your local currency during checkout.

Payment declines can happen for a few reasons — like incorrect card details, expired cards, or blocks from your bank. Double-check your info and try again. Still stuck? Reach out to your bank or email us and we’ll help sort it out.

Absolutely. A receipt is automatically sent to your email once your order is confirmed. Need a custom invoice or have a club/business order? Just let us know.
