At The Modern Fencer, every product is made to order—this helps us reduce waste and keep our production ethical and efficient. Because of this, we generally do not accept returns for change of mind. However, we understand that sometimes things go wrong, and we’re here to make it right.

1. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Send a clear photo of the item and a short explanation to our customer support team. Once confirmed, we’ll issue a 100% refund or send out a replacement—your choice.

2. Change of Mind / Don’t Love It?

Didn’t turn out how you expected? If your item isn’t damaged but you’re just not in love with it, we offer a 50% refund or store credit. Just reach out within 14 days of receiving your order.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Since all items are printed to order, we do not offer exchanges or returns unless the product is faulty or damaged. Training diaries and custom/bulk orders are also non-returnable unless damaged.
